These rapid changes have both advantages and disadvantages, affecting individuals, society, and both public and private sectors, all of which must adapt to keep pace. Particularly, “personnel” must learn and enhance their technological skills to reduce the digital knowledge gap. If operational processes or mindsets cannot be adjusted, it may impact our ability to cope with changes in this rapidly evolving world. The faster the world changes, the more we need to continuously develop our learning skills. We must build our strengths, and while we don’t need to excel at everything, we must know how to adapt and live with change comfortably, choosing to use technology beneficially for convenience, streamlining processes, and staying current with today’s world.
